Corie Odden is a strategist and growth leader focused on helping financial advisory firms scale with clarity, alignment, and purpose. Her work sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, systems, and organizational strategy, with an emphasis on building growth that is sustainable and well supported.
Corie has been a dedicated supporter of Strategic Advisory Partners since day one and played a critical role in the firm’s original brand launch. From the beginning, she helped shape how the firm presents itself, communicates its values, and differentiates itself in the marketplace. That early foundation continues to guide how the firm shows up today.
As Vice President of Strategic Growth, Corie helps guide how SAP grows and evolves over time. Her responsibilities include brand and marketing strategy, advisor growth and experience, and stewardship of the systems and platforms that support the firm internally. She works closely with leadership and teams across the organization to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned, intentional, and executable.
A central focus of Corie’s role is protecting the firm’s culture as it scales. She is passionate about attracting the right talent, supporting advisors and team members as they grow within the firm, and ensuring that growth does not come at the expense of trust, collaboration, or quality.
Corie believes the strongest firms grow when strategy, culture, and execution move together, and when systems are designed to support people rather than slow them down.
